Cookie policy

What Global Code Consulting Corp. stores in your browser, and why.

Last updated

This page explains the cookies MockMissions (mockmissions.com, the "Site"), operated by Global Code Consulting Corp., uses. A cookie is a small text file the Site stores in your browser.

The short version

  • We use only cookies the Site needs to work.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across other websites.
  • If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask you first, update this page, and you can change your choice at any time.

Cookies we use

Cookie What it does How long it lasts
Session cookie Keeps you signed in as you move from page to page and remembers short-term choices. Until you close your browser or sign out, or a few hours without activity
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms from forgery (a security check that a form really came from the Site). Same as the session
Remember me (remember_web_...) Keeps you signed in between visits, only if you tick "Remember me". Until you sign out
Trusted device Remembers that this browser already signed in with your password, so a device PIN can be used on it, only if you turn the PIN on. Until it expires or you remove the device in Settings > Security

Display preferences (such as light or dark mode) may be stored in your browser's own storage instead of a cookie. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Your choices

These cookies are needed for the Site to work, so they cannot be switched off in the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and some forms will then stop working. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any optional cookies we may add in the future.
